Why is the reaction p + p → μ+ + e− forbidden?

Charge not conserved
1 + 1 --> 1 + (-1)
Baryon number not conserved
1 + 1 --> 0 + 0

Is p a proton, e an electron, and μ a muon? Seems to me that charge is not conserved.
