Why do people treat me like a little girl? ?

I’m a 20 (going on 21 in a couple months) year old young woman. I am very mature and often hear I sound like a grown woman, but for some reason people treat me like I’m this naive little girl. I have been told many times a have a baby (cute) face but I wouldn’t think that would make people treat me like a child. I’ll put a pic of myself up here. Is me having a baby face the reason? It annoys me.
