Can Trump pardon Bannon even though Bannon is only charged at this point?

Update:

In many ways, I have to think that people who give Steve Bannon money to build a wall in Texas deserve to be conned. 

Update 2:

Yes, I have to think Ford-Nixon is a precedent here.

    Yes, but understand that accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt.

    Yes.  The President can pardon someone before a charge is brought against them.

    I don't know what he did, but from what I hear, it's starting to sound like another one of those Trump-hater schemes where the system makes stuff up against Trump and his friends. They will mess with Bannon just because they don't like Trump. I don't know if a president can pardon a person before they are convicted of something.

    Yes. Ford pardoned Nixon before Nixon was charged with anything.
