Why are people trying “cure” autism? When autism can be a gift?

I don’t want a “cure” nor am I sick. I would hate to be allistic.

If that's your rationalization, so be it. But it doesn't change the fact that autism is a disorder and a neural deficit that puts autists at a disadvantage in life. It's a disability, not a "gift."

I think autism was started by vaccines, Robert Deniro started to release a movie VAXXED and it was blocked. The Amish community has no cases of autism and the don’t vaccinate their kids.  Autism was not a thing in the 60”s or the 70’s .  The amount of vaccinations increased per child over the years.
