Why is it that when I tell guys I deleted the app we met on, I always get an immediate response?

I tend to do this when too many days go by and I don't hear from a guy. Its mainly because I don't like a guy having access to my profile and pictures if he isn't actively showing interest in me, so I block. Then I text them "hey just so you know I deleted POF because I got bored with it and it distracted me, but I still want to talk to you". I always get an immediate response when I say this. I wonder why. This also does show that guys do check their texts. Duh!

Bcuz they like to know you’re not a hoe who talks to 50 guys! Unfortunately, you ARE a hoe who talks to 50 guys, you’re just good at hiding it.
