Is strength training and a caloric deficit enough to get strong and lose body fat fast?

Hey super troll! No you need to stop asking these same questions and just do it.
And FYI NO it will not. Caloric deficit is not what you want. You want to fuel that fire. Eat lean protein and more than just strength training.
Instead of always asking the same question trying tog et different answer and results. Stop this foolishness and just eat clean and exercise. And after a few months change the program and move on.
As for strength training, you just say that and have no idea what strength training really is.

Fast? Not going to happen.
It took years to get out of shape, it will take years to get into shape.

That is the best way, but the caloric deficit should be stopped when desired weight is attained. The strength training demands that food be carefully selected. It's the diet that will lose weight, not the exercise.
