2007 jaguar x-type windscreen washer ?

I have a issue with the window washer not spraying the window but when the button is pushed the pump sprays the headlights I removed the line in the hood and blew into it and air comes out of the washer resivior

Stick a pin in the nozzle tips to clean them out. Maybe that is the issue.  Your eyes are on it so it is not just one thing.  Also check the fuse box and see if there is a WW fuse that might be burnt out.

You need to make sure there's only one pump on the reservoir tank. If there are two check for 12 volts and a ground at the washer pumps. Try blowing air through the hose to the washer nozzles. They get plugged with car wax.

If there's a distribution tee or valve it could be clogged and need replacing.
