Does fasting/autophagy tricks work even if you already have loose skin?
First of all... I'm 27 and I've lost about 50 kilos (110 pounds) in the previous 1.5 years.
I have some loose skin on my stomach (barely noticeable when I stand still) and a lot more on my lower abs (it's not critical or severe though and again.. many times it's not that noticeable if I stand still).
I read a lot about fasting/autophagy on being helpful, but.. will it help me if I already have loose skin?
Do all these tricks works only during the weight lose or even after?
