You need to examine your phrasing logically. You speak of "America" as deporting "all black" but that does not make sense. America is black. Americans are black. Now imagine how you would like it if a black American suggested that "America" deport "all white". Bet that'd make you stop in your tracks. You need not only to reconsider how much crime is really committed by Whites, but also consider that your proposal for deporting millions of non- Whites is in itself a crime and characteristic of the deranged way you are thinking. As we have many Americans of both Black and Mexicans who have several generations of American citizenship in their ancestry, they cannot be deported. However, if we were to deport all illegal immigrants, the rates of crime would decline.

Its a well know fact that most crimes are not solved.    If you removed the section of society that you believe is responsible for lots of crimes,  that would free up the police and legal section who could then deal with many of the currently ignored section of society's crimes.
