    better blood flow to the penis . Look it up ..meat is not helpful for this.  ...plus the fact that your not eating a cow or chicken or pig that was killed

    There aren't any real benefits for being a vegan, any more than there are benefits for being a Christian. Both groups have a false sense of moral superiority and have dogmas that aren't to be questioned.

    You will be happier and healthier - I would say that is a point. 

    Meat is causing inflammation in the body and block the colon. Milk and dairy products cause diabetes and osteoporosis.

    It's cheaper than eating meat.  But then, you have to spend money for supplements because a vegan deit doesn't supply everything your body needs.

    •You're less likely to become overweight

    •The limited vegan options at buffets and restaurants is actually a blessing, because it means you won't be greedy unlike those fat meat eaters

    •Did I forget to mention that you're less likely to start a virus outbreak? Yeah. Fun fact, Covid19 was created by eating animals.

    There are no benefits.

    A vegan diet can just as easily be unhealthy- oreos are vegan, after all

    Covid-19 was NOT caused by "eating animals"

    It was cause by poor husbandry, lack of sanitation, and improper food handling.

    Youre actually more likely to get diseases like e-coli from SALAD than from animal products

    There isn't one if a man/woman is following a balanced omnivorous diet - actually there are health detriments to vegan diets.
