What's your problem? IF you fully qualify for some type of temporary visa, you should have no problem whatsoever getting the type of visa you want & qualify for. Visa application forms are designed so applicants can do all the paperwork themselves!

Employment visas: you cannot apply! ONLY qualified employers can apply for any employment visa for their qualified foreign employee. No cost to you, if you are qualified & hired. The employer pays.

The only people who should hire a highly qualified immigration attorney are those seeking investor visas. They also need to consult a qualified tax attorney & tax accountant before proceeding to ensure investment is a wise course - or whether you're going to end up in the US Tax Trap. Of course, any experienced entrepreneur knows to get tax, accounting & legal advice before proceeding with ANY new business venture anywhere, even in their home country!

Immigration: just over 90% of immigrants are sponsored by immediate relatives who are US citizens, & who earn enough to support self + all dependents + prospective immigrant, and has a suitable home in the US for the family, including that prospective immigrant. You do not apply! Your sponsor does the paperwork.IF you do not qualify, hiring an expensive attorney is not going to help you. You'll spend a lot of money to no avail. If you have any criminal record, or have violated any visa/immigration laws of US or elsewhere, forget getting a visa. You're not getting it no matter how much you spend.

    What is your nationality?

Sure - research the work visa requirements yourself, and having ensured your skills and qualifications make you eligible, find an employer willing and able to sponsor a work visa.

Just apply to the US government. It's pretty simple.

In most cases if you're legitimately eligible for a visa to any nation it's just a matter of waiting for the bureaucracy to process the paperwork. Even a lawyer isn't going to be able to break through the pandemic travel bans still in place.

Barbara:   The odds of you getting a VISA for The USA, would be very slim if you attempt to do so without an attorney.

Read the US visa application website, depends on what visa you would like and if you fit the criteria to get that visa or not, if you don't then simply you will not get it, as an expensive lawyer or not makes no difference
