    Yes, as I've seen some be absolutely absurd and abusive.

    If someone has gotten to a position of authority, regardless of skin colour, then that person has earned that position. Which means they should have the right skills and attitude to be appointed that role.

    Note - Not you though trump.

    I don't care what skin colour - or gender - my boss has. All I ask for is to be treated fairly/equally.
