Is it possible to find a studio to rent in less than a week?

Im looking to move to Brighton in the uk for a new internship and am wondering if I'd be able to find a studio and have it ready within a week? It would be already furnished so I wouldn't need to take much stuff.

My family will be helping me find places too so I'm not 100% alone.

Sure you could find one but moving in is a different story.  They will have to do a credit and back ground check which takes time.
