Why would some one in logistics be parachute qualified? How often do you have to requalify to be parachute qualified?

say your assigned to an airborne infantry battalion-- you go where they go-- doesn't matter if your a cook, truck diver or what your MOS is.

You have to jump once every 3 months after airborne school to maintain jump qualification
