Want to get a non-apple laptop but still have an iPhone. How would I back up my phone?

I want to get rid of my MacBook and start fresh with another computer brand. I don't plan on getting a new phone any time soon so how would I still backup my iPhone?

The data can still be transferred to a Windows Computer. You can move the pictures to a Windows computer directly through a USB connection or wireless through the Internet. If you have Google you can store things for free in the  cloud with Google Drive.

how hard is it to buy a couple of flash drives from aliexpress, or maybe an external hard drive from ebay or amazon, and then back up your files to it on your macbook, then sell the macbook. or you can use itunes on windows. 

either way, dell xps is better. apple is garbage

You would use iTunes on Windows to backup and manage your iPhone.
