Men Physicals?

When men get older, I know there's the prostate exam, but is there still the  inguinal hernia exam (turn and cough) even in your 30, 40 etc? Are they always going to check your privates? Just wondering

    all depends on your family medical history

    Not my experience.   My doctor has never checked for hernias.
