No. Remember Apple already has control of software and hardware on every iPhone it makes and will let no third-party operating system on it.

just google it, you didn't even say what specific kind of iphone you have. either way, apple products are garbage. and you are garbage

Sort of. There is an open source project to get android to work on an iPhone and it does but you lose most of the functionality

Realistically, no. Apple controls the software and hardware of iPhones and they won't allow a third party OS on their phones. There was a project years ago with the goal of getting Android to run on iPhones but it has been long abandoned.

Any OS could be made to run on an iPhone as it's hardware isn't anything special. However the ability to access and thus change the OS is quite difficult.
