What electric toothbrush is better oral b or Phillips sonicare ?

I used Oral B for years and then switched to Sonicare. I like the larger brush head with Sonicare and there are no gears in the head to break.

I like Oral B, but that is my opinion, and what my dentist and dental hygienist recommended.
