He claimed widespread voter fraud in 2016 before anyone voted because it presents a win/win situation. If he doesn't  get enough votes, he can claim himself the winner by delegitimizing the election. It went over so well w/ the trumpsters, he did it again in 2020. Most of us recognize the ploy. His disingenuity contributes to why people didn't vote for him.

Its because we have high number of testing carried out than other countries, who don't have record of how many infected and how many recovered.
