What ethnicity am I? Am I considered to be mixed heritage?
I am mixed with sub Saharan African, European (British, Irish, French, Italian and etc.), southern south Asian & southern Indian and Sri Lankan, Chinese and southeast Asian, Filipino,
Indonesian, Thai, Khmer, Myanmar, & Native American, Western Asia & North African.
Do I consider myself a mixed ethnicity and should I go by “other” or “two or more races”

There's no such thing as "mixed ethnicity".
YOUR ethnicity is the language and culture YOU were raised in. You can have more than one.
The hypothesis that humans come in genetically distinct "races" was proven wrong over 70 years ago, by comparing people's DNA. If you need a bloodtransfusion, you need a donor with a certain bloodtype - regardless of skincolour or skullshape
