Christians how can someone like this be helped ?

They got mad when someone told them that Jesus loves them and that he died for them. They also get mad when they see a cross or crucifix. They believe that Jesus and God hate them and want them in hell. She also seems depressed a lot

Your own words will be of little comfort, and fall on deaf ears. To truly help a person like this, they need to hear of read God's Word directly. A life of rejecting God needs to be turned by the love found IN God's Word. Truth will overcome the lies she has told herself for years.

You have to let God handle everyone with that message. It's his message, and God doesn't choose everybody. Expect someone to say no.
