what type of dark chocolate , sweet dark or the bitter 70%  chocolate !! best when you dip in strawberries .

If I am having a filled chocolate, then I don't mind it being made with dark chocolate, matter of fact, one of the absolute best chocolates I ever had was a dark chocolate dipped peach souffle chocolate from Laura Secord. The filling was very light and airy, and somewhat tart so the chocolate worked so well with it. As for eating dark chocolate by itself, no, not a fan.

Yes. The Aztecs flavored it with chili, not Mike and sugar.

Much better than the milk sweet chocolate. Bitter is the real cocoa.
