I dunno how a shower would help exactly but i know warm milk works with old people so likely IT would work for anyone else i would imagine.

Tryptophane is an essential amino acid that helps protein form the building-block of life. There are about 20+ amino acids in the body with at least 9 essential amino acids to sustain life. Warm milk possess tryptophane that eases the body to relax promoting sleep.

Probably but drinking milk in the shower is a horrible idea you could get shampoo in it and the water is just going to ruin the taste

Not necessarily..a lot of activity during the day will make you tired and give you a good rest.
