The outfit looks great, except the skirt should be near knee length for an interview.  Colors are always good for an interview, and you chose a nice combination of colors.  I also think the black tights under the skirt is appropriate for an interview in winter.

The colour should be neutral. If you know someone who works at that company, you may ask him or her about their dress code. You may also notice the outfit of employees going in and out of the building. So you will have an idea. It seems an appropriate outfit for interview. But if I will be the one wearing it, I will change the skirt into same colour as the coat.
