What should I add to my workout? ?
I'm 18 and weight 265 with a height of 5'11 and I'm trying to lose weight but I got an ankle injury but I'm like 60% recovered. For the past week I've done 30 crunches, 15 pushups, 40 second plank. Ik its not a lot but I don't want to overwork my anckle. I'm thinking of adding another 10 churches, 5 push ups and 50 second plank but I feel like I should still do more. What more should I do? (Haven't worked out in 5 weeks thanks to injury)

Also I'm doing a 2000 calorie a day diet being eating a lot of greens and when my leg heals I'm thinking of joining krav maga classes.
