Would it affect someone’s credit if they personally pulled their credit report monthly?

No. Your credit is affected only when someone else pulls it. It is not affected when you pull it personally.

Yes. You are allowed one free report a year from each of the major 3 credit companies.

You can pull it daily with no affect. Its called a "soft pull" and they do not show up on or or hurt your credit.

No. A personal pull has no effect on your credit score.
