Why doesn't Yahoo Answers remind me if my questions have been removed anymore?
Even innocuous questions and jokes regarding women's mammary glands?

Because then you might appeal the removal, and if a lot of users did that then Yahoo/Verizon would need to employ more staff to handle those appeals. By not alerting you, you are unlikely to appeal (because you may not even notice when a post of yours gets removed or not notice in time to make an appeal) and thus, Yahoo/Verizon keeps its costs down.

Because they decided they couldn't be bothered trying to maintain order here any longer, and stopped sending out those notifications.
appealing is equally worthless , as they don't even respond anymore.

Because the whole brand was sold to VERIZON years ago, and VERIZON doesn't want to hire personnel to review the appeals.
You agreed to the rules. Just because you think a question is "innocuous" doesn't mean you are not violating the rules

Because Verizon, NOT YAHOO, stopped emailing report notices and violation notices because the appeal links stopped working in 2015 in August 2017, over 3 YEARS ago. Yes, you technically cam still appeal by going through the Yahoo Help pages hidden under the "About" tab near the bottom of the category list.
Yahoo Inc. no longer exists. Verizon Communications owns what little is left of Yahoo Inc. I suspect Yahoo Finance will be the next Yahoo product to be sold since Verizon has already abandoned it.

Violation notices ceased some time ago. They're not broken, it's just not considered important anymore. They've removed other features too, they've simply scaled back leaving the bare minimum. You get what you pay for.
