Parents wont let me get a car but dont like driving me or riding with a friend. They wont let me get a job to pay for the car myself.?

I guess if you still live with them you live by their rules. I moved out when I turned 18 and it was great.

You suffer living in the unfair kingdom of your parents until you are a lawful adult.  Then you depart and have it your way.  It looks like you have a 1 year wait.  Hopefully your mental state won't deteriorate too much.
