I'm so stressed by my diet?

I actually have no diet but I feel bad about eating many things

I feel bad if I eat white bread, any extruded meat or bacon, cheese, white flour, sugar, condiments, milk, dried fruits, pasta, white rice, and so much more

the problem is I can't avoid them because otherwise I'd be eating nothing.

All whole grain things take really long to prepare or cook, some of them don't really have much difference in calories when you compare them to processed grain but I still feel awful about it.

I don't know what to do because I'm constantly getting stressed about and I TRY to eat more vegetables but they just don't fill me as much as meat and bread do, I also can't handle not eating any form of sugar anymore but I feel like I have to persevere but I really miss having sweetness, and I don't even have a sweet tooth and artificial sweeteners are expensive and I can't eat them.

    Sad when there are millions starving all over the world. What an awful obsession , you have too much time on your hands.

    Go do some voluntary work, help,out at a soup kitchen and count your blessings not your calories.
