If you marinate a human leg in garlic, vinegar and mustard for 48 hours, will it taste great on a BBQ ?

    I would do a smoker. Slow and low just like I would do for a Pork Shoulder or an uncured or fresh ham. 

    Slow and low will make it tender and the skin cracklin's would be great.  (almost like Carnitas'!)

    I'd probably skip the BBQ and go for a braise.

    Depending on the age at harvest, of course.

    Humans are reportedly similar to pork. There may be cookbooks on "long pork" but that may just be a legend. The thigh is the ham, bqq might not be the best option. A deltoid or intercostal, chuck or loin.
