If you qualify and you file annual income taxes, you can file for it on your tax form. 

It's faster if you file electronically, like TurboTax. It comes with your refund, because that's a tax credit. It you don't file your income tax, you're s.o.l.

I don't pay or file taxes or anything else and I got both no problem. And I will get the next one and any other ones too. NO problem. Without doing anything at all.

You can no longer get a separate check for only the stimulus.  You can still have it added to your tax refund when you file your 2020 taxes.
