If a toilet repeatedly clogs due to piping issues can it fix itself?

I’ve lived here almost 20 years and 3 of our toilets have clogged at some point this year. I believe there might be built up matter in the lower positions of the toilet pipes. Will it clear itself over time if we keeping using the chemicals for clearing them and repeatedly flushing over and over again?

You may need to use a snake to clear it out or the matter may just get worse over time.

Not if there's a broken pipe or roots that have broken through. Best to get a plumber to shove a camera down there and see what's going on.

No, you will need to run a snake through it, the type of snake you will need is expensive, a professional plumber is cheaper.
