Why is it that white people are blame for multiculturalism not working?

In the USA this multicultural project has been a complete and utter failure. But instead of acknowledging it, advocates of it blame the white man even though black people are equally responsible.

Because blaming black people would result in race riots, burning, and looting. People scapegoat, and when they do, they scapegoat those who are less likely to fight back. A lot of white people ignore insults. But you're correct that multiculturalism isn't working in the USA. I guess white Americans should have listened to their founding fathers and not fought to amend the Constitution to allow non-whites to be part of the USA.

Poland 🇵🇱 is 99.99% White and less than 0% Jewish. That's why there's no terrorist attacks, no van attacks, no rape epidemic, no grooming gangs, no riots, no diversity training, no whiteness studies, no black history month BS, no sjw nonsense and no black thuggery in Poland. Poland sounds like paradise. Diversity is a weakness.

You state "black people are equally responsible", meaning responsibility is equally shared.  So you have stated that white people ARE, indeed, responsible - to an extent that is equal with that of black people.  YOUR WORDS.

Multiculturalism isn't a project, btw.  It's simply a term.  It's a term that was invented to describe the existing state of affairs in America.  The USA is a nation of immigrants, all "kicked out of some of the best countries in the world", as the saying goes.  Each group brings a different culture with it.  It isn't easy living in a community where everyone has a different way of doing things and of seeing things.  It requires effort.  Those who dislike effort prefer bitching about how much easier it would be if everyone was from Italy, or everyone was from England.  That's simply irrelevant, pointless fantasy.  Something a child would do.

The fact that America is home to many, many cultures presents hard problems.  For example, an American adult can't be comfortable correcting or disciplining someone else's child, because he or she has no idea what the child's parents have taught the kid, or whether they'd agree with his/her judgement.  That leaves kids with the impression that they can act however they want when their parents aren't around, which leads to further difficulties as the kids get older.

That's just one example of the challenges that America has yet to master - because even though it IS multicultural, many Americans don't want to work at BEING multicultural.  They prefer the easy route of blaming others - the Russians, the Italians, the Chinese, the Irish, the Natives, the Jews, the Muslims, the Spanish-speakers, the Catholics, and their own former slaves.

It's laziness (physical, intellectual, and moral) that's the problem - not multiculturalism.

The US was a melting pot of European cultures.

If you change it, it's going to break. That's not going to be good for anyone. I don't understand why Anglo, Black, Muslim .... whatever pride groups are always working to destroy it.

There many reasons multiculturalism does not work: IT can ALL be reduced to the fact its a clear violation of human nature.  It short it does not work and never will.

Why do you say multiculturalism is not WORKING....lol

Without multiculturalism you would be doing all the working.......the white man..

Who say it's not WORKING because he now too has to "work" harder for less.

But it's not the Blackman causing this. So why do you try to spread the blame....🤔

It would sound so racist to tell the truth.
