Ps vr camera won’t connect?

Got the new VR set for PS4 all wires connected etc one problem the VR camera usb has to go in the back of the PS4 aux usb which is to small for the VR camera usb? I have two USB ports at the front and one at the back which is smaller than the two at front of the PS4  the camera won’t work on two at front and wnt fit in the PS4 slim at the back?! it’s for my daughter and I Dnt know what to do, any helpful suggestions would be good thanks.

The PS camera gets plugged into the back of the console. The connector of the camera is smaller than normal connectors, so that small port on the backside of the console you noticed is what the camera gets plugged into.

The PS4 camera doesn’t used usb, it uses its own connector. On a slim the correct port is above the hdmi port
