Why do i dream about my bestfriends brother.?

i and my best friend are friends for more than 7 years.but i am not close with her brother,we have not talked properly.but  few days back i had dream about him twice.it felt good.the dream was like us talking sharing some time together nd each time he asked me about my best friend too
