So I got an STD panel and my Herpes Simplex 1 and 2 came out as a .1 I know this is in the negative range but could it be a typo? No symptom?

You can have either type of herpes with out having any signs or symptoms of a break out. I doubt it's a typo, you can always call the clinic where you got the blood test done to confirm it. If it's in the negative range then you don't have any thing to worry about. If it was positive, then you should be some what concerned.
