Can kidney damage be reversed ?

    Maybe you can get rid of it if you drink the right amount of water

    of course they can be reversed if the problem is caught early enough

    Kidney problems are divided into acute and chronic diseases.  Acute diseases can cause kidney failure that is reversible.   Chronic kidney diseases are caused by damage that is not only irreversible, the damage often gets progressively worse.
