They do have the same meaning, I would say, How to eat lots of food and lose weight.

Sort of but the second one sounds horrible to say. much doesn't really work in that sentence. Maybe if you had said how to eat so much and lose weight. That would make a lot more sense and sound better

The first one could be construed as even more than "much." Also, the first one is better written, stylistically speaking.
