They're both grammatically correct, but "good" is understood and shouldn't be included.

Both are fine, in the second the use of good is superfluous but probably not enough to make it a tautology.

Both are acceptable but the first is probably the best because it addresses manners so the reader can infer that both good and bad manners are considered. The second tends to emphasize only good manners.

The first one. Manners are, by implication, good. So the second is redundant.
