Sure. Just count the calories going in and burn off the same or more during exercise

Green 666 by isotope rays is NOT forgivable; it leads to permanent hell. 666 is given with World Passport with no name on it (grey plastic card). Police 666 people on highways. Food stores and prisoners/insane asylum folks (released by the antichrist) 666 people too. Reject vaccines. Don't go into UFO to be healed by demons. Hide with OrthodoxChristians to escape 666; leave all electronics behind so that antichrist's minions can't track you; burn documents as documents are from Satan

Source(s): According to the Last Prophet (aka incarnated ARCHANGEL URIEL aka saint healer VYACHESLAV KRASHENINNIKOV) if the last descendant rejects mark of the beast, then his/her direct ancestors go to permanent heaven. To reject mark of the beast, one needs to hide within a 10-15 people group without electronics/documents. Documents are from Satan; burn them. Electronics can be used to track you and to show the antichrist (even on old broken unplugged TV set from 1970's using Tesla's ether); forgive me.

Once a week twice at the most. Just add a hiit workout the next day and maybe reduce your calorie intake a little bit the next day so your body doesn't store any extra calories that weren't burned during or after your workout. Hiit is good but consistently eating in a surplus is what's gonna make us gain weight. Putting on weight is a process just like taking it off is a process. But its not impossible. Stay persistent, make healthy versions of what you eat, drink lots of water, limit or cut out sugary drinks and foods, be patient, and you'll be just fine. Hope this helps and good luck. P.S. Chloe ting has good workouts that are completely free you can just youtube chloe ting and look up chloeting.com and she has free workout programs. Just a tip if you ever get bored with what you're doing and wanna switch it up. Also last thing fooducate has a rating system for food and tells which foods are heathy and which are not and it comes with a rating system and suggests other brands if the food thats looked up is not the best. It also lists why its good or bad for you. Okay im done rambling now lol. Good luck with your fitness journey and have fun.

It depends on what you mean by "okay", are you asking if it'll make you fat or are you asking if it'll make you sick? Obviously a diet of potato chips and soda is not sustainable in the long run.

As long as you stay below your TDEE, you should lose weight. Likewise, as long as you eat just slightly above your TDEE, you should maintain your current weight.

Keep in mind that "fattening food" often causes bloating/water retention that could temporary spike your weight on the scale.

As the saying goes "you can't out-exercise a bad diet". So, eat whatever you choose, but you still may gain weight if you are over-consuming calories. Not to mention most "fattening food" has little to no nutritional value, which can impact your health further. Exercising isn't a free pass to eat anything you want IF your goal is to be relatively healthy.

It's good for cardiac health but does not do much for weight loss while you eat fattening food

    Only in strict moderation .

For example do eat only fattening food because the more you eat the harder you will need to work it off .

Try saving any fast food, take out and junk food for the weekends.
