A "carry bag" is a small bag or "tote" that is used to carry items around in.

"Would you have a carry bag?" is not grammatically incorrect, but has limited usage.  The use of "would" suggests a hypothetic "if" circumstance.

Would you have one if you were in the car?

Would you have one if you were coming from school?

Would you have one if it was a Tuesday?

If the circumstance is definite or specific, instead of "would", you sould use "will".

Will you have a carry bag on the trip tomorrow?

Will you have a carry bag when we go shopping?

Will you have a carry bag when we go to the beach?
