I plan to go to Singapore or Canada......    Do immigrations still apply 14 days quarantine at a hotel to foreigners?    Do they still need a PCR test to take a flight?

It s almost a year since the outbreak started.....

Only self centred idiots would be even thinking of going on holiday to another country during the pandemic...... if you are one of them then you need to check the Canadian Government advice on travel to see if you are eleigable to travel or not, the rules are limited

The simple answer is NO for travel to Canada.

Very true this issue has lasted over one year.

It arrived in Canada by someone returning to Canada.

Everyone entering Canada must follow mandatory isolation or quarantine requirements. Not respecting the mandatory requirements is a serious offence with consequences and penalties.

IF  you can enter Canada and you have no symptoms, you must quarantine for 14 days. This is mandatory and starts from the date you arrive in Canada. A negative COVID-19 test result at any point during your quarantine does not exclude you from the requirement to quarantine.

Do they still need a PCR test to take a flight? YES and it must be from an approved by Canada testing place.

Calgary has had 500 deaths from Covid it is not over in Canada at this time.

Canada is very strict these days.  But if you have family in Calgary, your best bet is to ask them about it.  They will know the local conditions.
