Graphics card frying, screen obliterating, CPU melting major Malfunction?

Question

Anyone see this before? 2019 Acer Gaming laptop, no idea what it could be, though I strongly suspect it has something to do with graphics.

Your description of the failure mode, although dramatic and somewhat entertaining, does not give us a mental picture of what you are actually seeing.  Try to use words that are normally used in describing something visual !!!
