How do I get this kind of stain out if this shoe?

I can't tell but it looks like suede leather finish(not shiny)  That is harder to clean. Maybe a toothbrush and soap and water.  It will go dark while wet but should dry out unstained.  Generally that is the shortcoming to that fabric finish. Looks new when new so long as you stay in the store and never go outside.  More useless than the thirdtit on a cow..  Send them to the drycleaner.  They got chemicals for suede.
