He needed someone to blame to get the people behind him the Stab in the Back Myth was an example German Politicians were Talking Peace in 1916 and How many Jews were In Parliament at the Time Probably None
it was the Politicians who surrendered Not the Military with Food Riots in Germany its navy in Mutiny the British Blockades resulted in a shortage of Food Fuel Ammunition and medical supplies made waging war for the Germans Impossible

It's possible that this is because he was snubbed by a Jewish woman he fancied when he was young. However, it's probably just a question of looking for an easy target which would gain him power, and he didn't in fact hate them so much as just decided that if he had them all murdered that would make him popular.

a) When Hitler was running for office, he created a convenient way to blame Germany's problems on some people (or groups of people). He blamed the Jews for Germany's economic problems. Germany was in economic crisis because it had to pay reparations for World War I, and could not raise cash because America was just getting over its Great Depression from 1930
b) He was abused either by a Jewish relative or by a Jewish doctor

Hitler did not invent anti-Semitism. It had (and has) existed for centuries in Europe. For example, the Jews were expelled from England in 1290, and by 1492, there was not a single Western European country that would have them. The Jews were hated because they were moneylenders, but they had no choice, because that is the only occupation in which they were allowed to engage. The Jews maliciously lent money and willfully expected to be repaid, and that naturally made them unpopular during hard economic times, Hitler also claimed the First World War was promoted by Jewish financiers seeking to make money.

There are multiple competing theories. Some say he had an abusive father who was part Jewish. Some site the myth that jews undermined Germany in WW1. Some refer to his being rejected by art school by a jewish administrator.
Ultimately, these sorts of things are often multi-causal, so likely all of these and many other incidents played roles.
