If your car breaks down on a bridge, are u at high risk of being murdered by homeless underneath the bridge and in the bushes nearby?

    No, not high risk.  Probably not even a medium risk really.

    I'd be more concerned that other vehicles will be able to see me so they don't crash into me.

    No. You're at high risk of being hit by someone else who is traveling on that road though.
