Basically it is an algae, dried into a powder and put into vitamins. Its health benefit? Not really, Ask your doctor.

It's a blue-green algae that's taken in various forms (pills, capsules, powder) to enhance well-being or stamina. Whether it actually does what its sellers claim is not established by any recognized medical institution or controlled testing. It is *not* regulated by the FDA for effectiveness or even purity.
I wouldn't waste my money.
